
Hi, I’m Lisa Silver.
Fitness has played a major role in my life for over 20 years since stepping into my first group training class and getting a taste of how empowering it felt to challenge myself in new ways and see such positive improvements in my physical and mental well-being.
I decided to turn my passion into a career by completing my Certificate IV in Personal Training and Certificate IV in Nutrition Coaching while continuing to up skill and educate myself in the ever-expanding world of fitness and nutrition.
As a mother of two, I understand the importance of finding a program with room for work/ family commitments and maintaining a social life. No restrictive diets, no gruelling exercise programs, just a realistic approach to getting strong, fit & lean.
